FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

INSURANCE:
Our catering hall requires liability insurance for our photographer and videographer. Is TOTAL FOCUS properly insured?

Total Focus carries $2,000,000.00 in liability coverage. Many catering facilities require proof of this before they will allow a camera-man in the door. Total Focus is already registered with most catering facilities, however, upon request we will gladly provide the necessary documentation to your location.

EQUIPMENT:
What type of equipment does TOTAL FOCUS use?

Photography - Many studios providing photography for weddings use consumer level 35mm equipment or equivalent digital cameras yielding less than professional results. Total Focus shoots all wedding and other events using only commercial grade, large format magazine cameras.

Video - Similarly, many video studios still use analog video cameras or single chip consumer level digital cameras. Total Focus shoots all wedding and other events using commercial grade, professional 3-chip digital video cameras. There are no bright lights or pushy cameramen to ruin your day.

STYLE:
My friend's photographer shot her wedding "photo/journalistic" style. Can TOTAL FOCUS work in this style?

Total Focus's photographers bring a wealth of experience to your wedding day and are able to shoot in both traditional and photo/journalistic styles. Total Focus likes to mix formal and candid poses to give the bride maximum choice and flexibility. Most importantly, Total Focus will shoot your wedding the way you want it!

ALBUMS:
Does TOTAL FOCUS PROS give me a choice of photo albums?

Total Focus is affiliated with several of the largest wedding album manufacturers and proudly offers our brides a virtually unlimited choice of colors, styles and designs. It's up to you!

EDITING:
Can TOTAL FOCUS put the music of my choice on the edited video?

Of course! As a matter of fact, your input is very important. Total Focus wants to make sure your edited video is the way you want it. As a client of Total Focus, you will have the opportunity to review your original videotape and discuss your specific needs before your video is edited. Total Focus offers a wide range of customization features, including "baby-picture" and honeymoon montages, exciting special effects, deluxe titling and graphics, animations, highlight "re-caps" and more.

COST:
My fiancee and I are running way over budget. Is TOTAL FOCUS affordable?

Absolutely. Total Focus prides itself on always providing "excellence in wedding photography and wedding video at a price that everyone can afford." For your convenience, Total Focus accepts all of the major credit cards and, best yet, your final payment is not due until after the wedding.

DATE AVAILABILITY:
TOTAL FOCUS sounds great, but do you have my date available?

The only way to find out is to call Total Focus. It is not unusual for a popular date to be "sold out" 18 months in advance. On the other hand, it is sometimes possible to book a primary date just one week in advance. You will never know until you contact us!
